An in depth and thorough education and Strategy session– Good education and planning takes time, here we will spend as much time as we need with you to help educate you on what you are in for, both the benefits and the pitfalls of property ownership and investment. This is not a sales pitch we are invested in getting the best result for you and your family, to do this we learn about your current and future needs and how we can best provide for that. This is personalised experience that we take seriously to ensure that the rest of the process is trouble free and well done.
Also, there is no charge for this experience. We aim to educate you and help you – whether you decide to proceed is up to you, we provide realistic goals and projections of what you can reasonably expect in the current marketplace with your current financial situation in mind.

Obtaining Finance
Maybe you already have finance organised and budget ready or maybe you are looking to find finance, we will connect you with a selection of brokers that we trust to ensure you are able to get our desired finance withing you budget constraints.
Property Acquisition
Depending on your individual criteria, using our 17 years of experience and in-depth research tools – we will acquire the most effective and appropriate property. We will negotiate on your behalf with the aim of gaining you a heavily undervalued asset.
Finding Tenants
If its an investment property we will organise finding tenants. We also off rental guarantees, so you can go to sleep at know always knowing you will be receiving an income from your property.
Bullet-Proofing Property
Since you are paying so much for this asset, we believe it's important to protect it, we will make that you have the correct insurances in place, the property has had an official building inspection as well as organise a depreciation report.
Settle Property
House is built and the builder is ready to hand over the keys, what a day! We help you with finalising the paperwork and finance to ensure a smooth handover.
Refinance and repeat!
Withdrawal all the equity gains from your first purchase to allow you to make your next investment.
