I was living at home with my mum when I saw an ad from Jovan about starting his new business masters of property, it was something I am extremely passionate about and that I wanted to expand on myself for personal investing. It has been nothing short of amazing and a pleasure thus far the knowledge I have gained from working closely with him has been extremely beneficial for my knowledge and also my future. Whats your opinion about property now - after seeing Jovan/Masters Of Property?
After working with Jovan it has made me hungrier to succeed and want to just keep investing and having him mentor me. It has bought our friendship closer which I am grateful for and he explains everything very clearly to allow you to get the best education you possibly can.
He has made me realise that I can make money while I am sleeping and that not all debt is bad. There is such thing as good debt and he has educated me for about how the banks work with lending and how to keep adding to your portfolio.
He has allowed me to realise that investing csn can an easy way to make money from pretty much doing nothing or “no physical work” to make good money.

The best thing about Jovan is he does what he does for a living because he has such a strong passion and an incredible knowledge about this field and he explains it so easily and clear for people who are sitting on the fence or who have little knowledge about it. He isn’t money driven for himself he purely wants the best for his clients and wants to succeed through them and watch them grow in the property sector. He is extremely generous with his time and doesn’t ever leave you in the dark. He makes purchasing the land and building your home the most stress free process as he deals with pretty much everything as you can sit back and make money from doing little as possible.

We knew a bit about property, but we really thought we couldn't afford to buy. But we could thanks to Jovans help and ongoing education.

I wanted to buy an investment property - and I always knew property went up in value, but had no idea how much I could borrow and how exactly to start.

Jovan taught me how everything in property works, from a totally different viewpoint. How to set everything up passively, and over time as property prices increase - it will set up my retirement. I also currently pay a lot of tax, and I was shown how an investment property helps reduce this.

Cause i work so much Im very time poor. Jovan done just about everything for me. After he educated me, all i pretty much had to do was choose which options I liked - and fill in/sign any required documentation. The whole process was made so easy for me.

My second property hasn't titled yet, but the land component alone has gone up by 70k compared to current land prices in the same estate.

I always had an interest and hope that I could buy my own property but I never knew how to go about it. I often saw prices for houses and always thought I couldn’t afford it on my own or thought it wasn’t possible because I didn’t have someone to guide me with the process.

Your thoughts/opinions about property before you purchased?
I was looking to buy a property but I knew nothing about it. I was found some land and I put a deposit on it. I got in touch with Jovan, and he made me realise that I overspent on the land, and wouldn't be able to afford the build. I pulled out from purchasing that bit of land, and Jovan found me something both bigger and at a lower price. He also helped me with the house design which was within my budget.

Cannot fault them at all. It was/is an amazing experience, when I ask stupid questions, Jovan will always answer with no judgment and never makes me feel stupid even if I ask the same question over and over.
